Change or Update Subscription

To change Membership Level (eg purchase a current Annual Subscription), click on Change Subscription in the Memberships menu, or Click Here (opens in new tab).

After you change level, please open the My Account page of the Membership menu, or Click Here (opens in new tab).

That page will display your current Membership Level.

  • If the level displayed is the new one, then it indicates that the system has updated and the browser is aware of your new level.  You may proceed.
  • If the level displayed is the old one, then it indicates that either the system has not updated, or (more likely) the browser is not aware of your new level.  In this case, try refreshing the page (using browser reload button, or keyboard F5, or keyboard CTRL+ F5), or if necessary close the browser and log in again.  If none of these solutions work, then please contact us via the Contact Us form.
